Our team inspects your apartment to ensure it is well-maintained. Additionally, we schedule the apartment to be professionally cleaned from the previous resident. Should something have been missed, we ask residents to immediately contact our office to resolve the issue. 

Yes, we have on-site maintenance during office hours and 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Residents may either submit a service request at any time using their online portal or contact our office to create a service request on their behalf.

No, you do not need to be present for our service technician to perform work. Our team will provide notification of being in your apartment. If you would like to be present, please make sure you notify us.

During office hours please contact the office if locked out of your apartment. After hours, please contact emergency maintenance. A lockout fee will be assessed.


Yes, we offer free surface lot parking to our residents.  Residents also have the option to rent a detached garage. 

Our community is host to a wide range of amenities residents may enjoy such as a Bike Racks, Business Center, Community Clubhouse with 100 inch Projector Screen, Atrium Room, and Caterer Kitchen, Concierge, Controlled Access Entryways, Detached Garages with Additional Storage, Heated, Resort-Style Pool with Attached Spa, Laundry Facilities, Media Room, Monthly Resident Events, Stocked Fishing Pond, Pet Stations, Spa/Hot Tub, Spacious 24-Hour Fitness Center with Cardio Machines, Free Weights, and Nautilus Machine.

Our pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day.

Yes, our community is pet friendly and have pet cleanup stations throughout the property for resident use. We love to see our furry residents! 

Our community provides a complete appliance package, including: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal.

No, our community does not offer furnished apartments. 


Our team strives to approve applications within 48-72 hours upon submission of a completed application.

Our community accepts online, credit card, check, or money order payments. 

Yes, we require all residents to provide proof of renter's insurance upon move-in.

Our community supports Comcast and AT&T for our internet services. 

Yes, a resident may end their lease early if needed, but an early termination fee outline in the lease agreement would be owed along with a 30-day intent to vacate notice.

Electric is set up through AES by either calling them at 1-888-261-8222 or by visiting their website, Residents will receive a monthly water bill.

Trash disposal is included in the rental amount. 


There is no available public transportation nearby.

Our community is located in the Tri-Creek School Corporation. Residents of our community attend Oak Hill Elementary, Lowell Middle, and Lowell High School.

From I-65 N, head north and take exit 240 toward Lowell. In 0.4 miles, turn left onto IN-2 W and proceed for 6.8 miles then turn left onto S Nichols St. Proceed for 0.4 miles then turn right onto Meadow Brook Dr. In 0.1 miles, turn left onto Creekside Dr then turn left to stay on Creekside Dr. Our office will be directly on your left.
